The Role

We’re hiring an ISR to build JustClaims pipeline from scratch. Reporting directly to the General Manager of JustClaims, you will also work closely with senior leaders in Marketing and Research. 

You’ll prospect into contractors, property managers, and commercial real estate owners. Identify potentially fruitful partnerships and prospective customers. Highlight our opportunities to add value, and book meetings for our public adjusters.

This is a high-activity, outbound role. If you like making calls, opening doors, and getting results, you’ll do well here. But activity alone won’t cut it—you need to genuinely connect with people and represent our brand. The best reps here listen more than they talk, read where a conversation is going, and adjust on the fly. Personality and engagement are what open doors; knowledge can be taught.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 50 calls/day + email + LinkedIn outreach
  • Target contractors, CRE owners/operators, and property managers
  • Identify customer pain and need: understanding coverage; determining whether to make a claim; and turning losses or stuck claims around
  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings
  • Hand off clean, high-quality context to adjusters
  • Represent our brand with class and clarity
  • Attend select industry events and occasional customer meetings (occasional travel required)

How We Measure Success

  • Sourced pipeline, defined as leads qualified and accepted by public adjusters (who drive sales)
  • High-quality meetings (not just volume) that turn into real claims and appraisal work
  • Strong cadence of daily outreach
  • Consistent contribution to account research
  • Ongoing and systematically captured feedback on our stakeholders’ needs and what resonates
  • Delivery of great data, furthering campaign understanding and enriching accounts

Your Background

  • 1–3+ years in SDR/BDR or high-volume outbound sales—specifically in tech or a service-area business (B2B SaaS, professional services, field services, or similar)
  • Comfortable on the phone—no hesitation
  • A natural listener—you pick up on what people actually mean, not just what they say, and you adapt quickly depending on how a call unfolds
  • Competitive and driven by results – you want to be a driver of growth
  • Clear, direct communicator
  • Coachable and willing to improve weekly
  • Experience with contractors, real estate, or insurance is a plus—but we hire for personality and instincts first. Industry knowledge can be taught; the ability to positively and effectively connect with people cannot
