    no dollars get left behind.

    Fair Outcome

    Fair Outcome

    Objective, defensible determinations
    that hold up to scrutiny.

Evidence, not estimates. Our determinations of amount of loss are accurate, objective, and documented to withstand challenge from any direction — opposing appraiser, umpire, or subsequent review.

    How It Works

From file intake to fair resolution.

Three clear steps. You stay informed throughout.
    Your client relationship stays yours.

    Step 1

    File intake and insured interface

When a claim reaches appraisal, the outcome depends on the quality of your appraiser. Send us the claim file — policy, current positions, and a brief on the dispute. We review the documentation, identify the gap between the parties, and get oriented on the property and loss. We travel to the site only when necessary — avoiding the delays and costs that come with unnecessary inspections when the adjuster has done thorough work.

We don't redo good adjuster work. We leverage it and do our job as the appraiser.

    Step 2

Furnish our position and defend it

We establish an objective, comprehensive amount of loss quickly — supported by our AI platform, policy language, and applicable codes and standards. We present our position to the opposing appraiser and apply pressure to move the process forward.

We demand promptness from the opposing appraiser and use an early, well-documented position to create leverage. Where there is agreement, we close it. Where there is not, we prepare a clear, defensible record for the umpire.

Once appraisal is invoked, communication with the insured is limited to process updates only — not negotiation details. This is a requirement of appraisal sequestration, not a limitation of our service.

    Step 3

Resolution — by agreement or umpire

Most appraisals resolve through agreement between the two appraisers. When they don't, the matter goes to an umpire — a neutral third party who reviews both positions and issues a binding award. We prepare a thorough, evidence-based submission designed to be clear and fair to any umpire.

Either way, the outcome is binding. Your client gets a fair, objective determination of their amount of loss — and a closed claim.
